Instructions to print small format PDF:

  1. Open PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader
  2. Choose File > Print
  3. Find the Layout options and select "Two-sided Printing" and "Short-edge Binding"
  4. Make sure that "Auto-rotate and center" box is left unselected.
  5. Print
  6. Fold pages in half and staple along the top edge to create the booklet
