The Field Museum’s research on engaging communities in climate action revealed many ways in which locally designed climate action projects can advance communities’ work around other issues at the same time. All of the Chicago Community Climate Action Toolkit projects were designed to do just this. From this work, the models below emerged for linking climate action to local strengths and priorities.
