Youth around Chicago are pushing their communities to go green and take climate action. They are learning about the environment and climate change at school and in their communities and teaching their families what they can do to help. The communities highlighted on the map worked with youth in their Chicago Community Climate Action Toolkit projects. Click on their names to learn more and compare their models.

Chicago Green Ambassadors Curriculum and Activities- A Field Museum teen environmental leadership summer program that could not happen without the contributions of community partners. 2015 graduates have started the Chicago Teen Environmental Council (CTEC).
